Partial hospitalization
Also known as day treatment, PHP provides a highly structured schedule while participants continue living at home.
Intensive outpatient
Focused treatment with morning, afternoon or evening scheduling designed around appropriate work, school and family commitments.
Outpatient care
A lower-intensity level of continuing support, often used as a step down from PHP or IOP.
Medication-assisted treatment
When appropriate, medical professionals may use supervised medication alongside counseling and recovery services.
